OnlyWordz is a communication marketplace that connects customers with verified Creators for lawful text, voice, and video communication experiences.

OnlyWordz is not a dating service, escort service, adult entertainment platform, or matchmaking service.

OnlyWordz strictly prohibits:

• Sexual services
• Prostitution
• Escorting
• Pornographic content
• Explicit sexual content
• Illegal activity
• Harassment
• Hate speech
• Fraudulent activity

OnlyWordz reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Platform.

By using OnlyWordz, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• You will comply with all applicable laws.

OnlyWordz may require identity verification, liveness verification, phone verification, payment verification, and other security measures before allowing users to provide services as Creators.

Verification procedures are intended to protect customers, reduce fraud, and maintain platform integrity.

OnlyWordz may deny, suspend, or revoke Creator privileges at any time when verification requirements are not met.

Customers may purchase communication packages, subscriptions, credits, or other services through the Platform.

All prices are displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

OnlyWordz does not guarantee the continued availability of any Creator or service.

Customer trust is a core principle of OnlyWordz.

OnlyWordz maintains a customer-first dispute resolution and refund policy.

Customers may request a refund if:

• A purchased service is not delivered.
• A Creator fails to respond within the advertised response timeframe.
• Technical failures prevent delivery of the purchased service.
• The verified Creator represented on the Platform is not the individual providing the communication.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• A Creator abandons a purchased conversation before delivering the purchased service.
• The service materially differs from its advertised description.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and in good faith.

Where evidence demonstrates that a purchased service was not delivered as promised, OnlyWordz will generally issue a full refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights that may apply under applicable law.

Users may not:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
• Request sexual services.
• Solicit prostitution or escort services.
• Share unlawful content.
• Engage in fraud or deceptive conduct.
• Impersonate another individual.
• Attempt to circumvent platform rules.
• Distribute malware or harmful software.
• Use automated systems without authorization.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, account termination, refunds to affected customers, or referral to law enforcement when appropriate.

Users retain ownership of content they create and submit.

By submitting content, you grant OnlyWordz a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, moderate, display, and process such content solely for purposes of operating and improving the Platform.

To protect users and maintain platform integrity, OnlyWordz may use automated systems, human review, user reports, identity verification systems, and moderation tools.

OnlyWordz may investigate suspected violations of these Terms and take appropriate action.

OnlyWordz may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Create safety risks.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Fail verification requirements.
• Abuse refund processes.
• Threaten the integrity of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

OnlyWordz makes no guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption, delay, or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyWordz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

OnlyWordz may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
