OnlyWordz will always issue a full refund to the buyer if the following occur:
Refunds are issued at OnlyWordz’s sole discretion following investigation.
OnlyWordz is strictly a consulting platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Seller Violations: Sellers engaging in prohibited activity face immediate permanent bans, no payouts, though buyer refunds may still be issued at OnlyWordz’s discretion.
Buyer Violations: Buyers initiating or participating in prohibited activity forfeit the full Chat Package cost, receive no refund, and may face account suspension or permanent bans.
All refund requests are investigated and approved or denied within 72 hours of receipt. OnlyWordz may review chat logs, timestamps, response-time data, metadata, and other relevant records.
Buyers must submit requests through the OnlyWordz Support Form or click the “Report” button in the top-right corner of the chat session. Other methods may not be processed.
OnlyWordz reserves the right to make final determinations on refund decisions, enforce the policy, and modify it at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
