Refund Policy

OnlyWordz will always issue a full refund to the buyer if the following occur:

1. Failure to Deliver as Described — The seller does not deliver the Chat Package per the description or scope stated on their profile or package listing.
2. Failure to Meet Response Time Standards — The seller fails to meet their stated or platform-required average response time as defined in their service level agreement (SLA).
3. Unverified or Unauthorized Responders — Any person other than the seller’s verified, identity-confirmed individual is found to be responding to messages on the seller’s behalf.
4. Seller Stops Responding — The seller becomes unresponsive and ceases communication without reasonable notice or justification.

Refunds are issued at OnlyWordz’s sole discretion following investigation.

OnlyWordz is strictly a consulting platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Companionship services
• Fake dating or simulated relationships
• Real dating or matchmaking
• Adult content of any kind
• Sexual content, sexual roleplay, or sexually suggestive services

Seller Violations: Sellers engaging in prohibited activity face immediate permanent bans, no payouts, though buyer refunds may still be issued at OnlyWordz’s discretion.

Buyer Violations: Buyers initiating or participating in prohibited activity forfeit the full Chat Package cost, receive no refund, and may face account suspension or permanent bans.

All refund requests are investigated and approved or denied within 72 hours of receipt. OnlyWordz may review chat logs, timestamps, response-time data, metadata, and other relevant records.

Buyers must submit requests through the OnlyWordz Support Form or click the “Report” button in the top-right corner of the chat session. Other methods may not be processed.

OnlyWordz reserves the right to make final determinations on refund decisions, enforce the policy, and modify it at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
